How Do We Ensure Private and Secure Packaging?

At TOKYO PRODUCTS, we value your privacy and make sure your order is shipped in a safe and discreet way.

Here's how we protect your privacy:

1. Discreet and Plain Packaging

  • Your order will be sent in a plain box or envelope with no logos or brand names.
  • The packaging will not show any words or markings related to adult shops, including "TOKYO PRODUCTS".

2. Safe and Sealed

  • Every package is securely sealed to protect your items during shipping.
  • No one can see or guess what’s inside.

3. Neutral Shipping Labels

  • The shipping label will show only basic information, with no specific details about the items.
  • Product names will be listed as "Household Gift Items" or "House Hold Accessory."

 

 

Detailed Packaging Process


1. Standard Packaging

Here’s an overview of our standard packaging process:

１．To protect your items, we wrap them securely with cushioning material.

２．For waterproofing, the wrapped items are placed in a durable, opaque bag to ensure that the contents are not visible.

３．The cushioned items are then packed into sturdy cardboard boxes.


2. Box Removal & Repackaging(+$2 Fee)

While our standard packaging includes opaque bags to maintain privacy, we understand that some customers, such as those living with family, might be concerned about discarding outer boxes after opening their packages.

To address these concerns, we offer an optional repackaging service. When selected, we will discard the original outer box and only ship the product and its accessories, carefully packed for delivery.
